Q:    What gaming software and add-on is the CockpitMaster CS 737X CDU compatible with?

A:    We are compatible with mainstream flight simulation software, such as FSX, PREPAR3D(v1~5),  X-Plane11, PMDG 

        all series for MSFS2020. Compatible add-ons are:

        MSFS - PMDG 737NG

        FSX - PMDG 737NG / 747 / 777

        P3D - PMDG 737NGX / 737NGXu / 747 / 777

        X-PLANE11 - ZIBO 737-800 / IXEG 737-300

        

 

 

Q:    What is the work logic of the CockpitMaster CS 737X CDU to adopt the new-released add-on?

A:    Through Firm Ware upgrading, we are compatible, in accordance with the newly-released add-on, through simple TCP. 

        If mentioned add-on supports screen  and button data transmission, Cockpit Simulator will provide free upgrading.

Q:    Is the installation and testing of the CockpitMaster CS 737X CDU complicated?

A:    It is extremely simply. The CDU uses ONLY one USB cable to connect with your PC, and you are all set.

 

 

Q:    Is the CockpitMaster CS 737X CDU capable of running on its own?

A:    No. It requires third-party add-on to enable data transmission.

 

 

Q:    Is the CockpitMaster CS 737X CDU compatible with Airbus series?

A:    No. It is developed based on GE2584 CDU, which is widely used on BOEING 737 series. We plan to develop MCDU for 

        Airbus version separately.

 

 

Q:    Is the CockpitMaster CS 737X CDU compliant with the Captain and/or Co-pilot position?

A:    Yes. Users are allowed to choose between Captain or Co-pilot position with simple setting. Furthermore, if two CDU 

        units are plugged simultaneously, the left and right positions operate respectively (FW upgrading coming soon).

 

 

Q:    Is the CockpitMaster CS 737X CDU compatible with other Boeing aircraft types?

A:    Yes. Aside from the B737 series, it is also compatible with PMDG 777-200 & PMDG 747-400. More aircraft types will

        be introduced pending Firm Ware update.
